The staff demonstrated amazing attention to detail. They helped with directions and recommendations. The location was perfect with access to everything. The team provided guidance whenever I needed it. The breakfast offered a variety of options, which i found very satisfying.
The air conditioning in my room was not as cold as I would have liked. I did not like that I had to reserve beds near the rooftop pool.

The rooftop pool area included twenty loungers and a shaded section. The fitness center featured three treadmills and two stationary bikes. A variety of equipment was available for different workout styles.

The location was wonderful (right in the heart of everything!). I enjoyed the rooftop bar a lot. The breakfasts were good and I enjoyed the variety available each morning. The staff was friendly and always ready to help with a smile.
The room felt a bit small for the price paid. The shower temperature was inconsistent. It alternated between hot and cold unexpectedly. I think the rooftop pool could have benefited from being heated. It was too cold to use .

the location was amazing, close to everything i wanted to see. the rooftop patio is comfortable.
I found that the front desk wasn't helpful. It tainted the whole experience. i was traveling with my two young daughters. i booked a king bed room, but they insisted we pay extra for an extra bed we did not use. this was not the 5-star experience i anticipated.

The hotel's location provided very easy access to many attractions. I found the staff consistently helpful and cute. The rooftop bar was a definite highlight (the views are amazing!).
The gym, while functional, only had a limited selection of equipment.

The room included a very comfortable king bed with soft sheets. The design had a modern setup, and the room was well-supplied with amenities, it was also impeccably clean.

The breakfast buffet featured fresh figs, ham, and chia seeds. The staff maintained service even if guests arrived close to the closing time. The food was high quality (doesn't change much every day).
